Client Focused

I believe the only viable delivery model in the Complex Rehab industry is one that is client focused. By "client focused" I mean more than just saying you care about the client. It is a model that proves it is "client focused" by providing services before and after the equipment is delivered, by staffing only the most highly qualified people and by offering choice and a selection of equipment. Only in this way will the industry remain a viable health care industry.
